Shipping Information

We offer international shipping via the Ukrainian national postal service, Ukrposhta. All orders are dispatched from our facility in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The shipping cost is paid at checkout together with the product price. You do not need to pay any additional shipping fees upon delivery.

If the estimated delivery date for your order has passed by more than 10 business days and you still have not received it, please contact us for assistance. Email us at info@aries.top, clearly stating your Order ID, and we will promptly look into the matter and guide you on the next steps.

The cost of shipping is calculated based on the designated Postal Zone of the delivery address and the weight of the parcel. To find the specific zone for your region and view the corresponding charges, please refer to the table below.

📬 Ukrposhta (Small Packages & Parcels)

Starting in 2026, Ukrposhta has simplified its international shipping by moving to a unified tariff system. All small packages (items up to 2 kg) are now shipped with a tracking number included by default.

📋 Delivery & Additional Details

Delivery Method: At checkout, please provide your full delivery address for courier delivery or specify a Post Office/Parcel Locker if supported by your local national postal service.

Shipping Service: Your order is handled by Ukrposhta in Ukraine and delivered by your local national postal operator (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, etc.) in the destination country.

Calculated Shipping: The charge is automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Customs & Duties: The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (VAT/GST) imposed by their country. These are not included in our price.

Customs Processing: Please note that customs inspections can occasionally add 7–14 days to the delivery time.

 

💳 Payment Methods

We accept online payments via LiqPay, a secure global payment provider.

  • Secure Transactions: You can pay safely using your Visa or MasterCard.
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay: For your convenience, we also support quick checkout via Apple Pay and Google Pay through the LiqPay interface.
  • Currency: Payments are processed securely; if your card is in a different currency, the conversion will be handled automatically by your bank at the current exchange rate.

Note: After placing your order, please confirm the payment in your banking app within 2 hours to complete the transaction.
