You can return the product within 30 days, excluding the day of purchase.

Conditions for returning goods

  • The product is subject to return to the company exclusively in its entirety, namely:
  • availability of packaging and labels, if such were provided;
  • absence of defects or violations of storage conditions;
  • the weight of the product must correspond to the weight specified in the invoice.

Payment of delivery upon return is at your expense. After we receive the product and check its integrity, we are guaranteed to return the money according to the details provided by you.

We accept defective goods regardless of the date of purchase, as long as the packaging or tag is in any condition. Also, a return or replacement at our expense.
